I've spent years in the corporate world — as a management consultant at Bain, a Harvard MBA grad, and later a COO, helping CEOs, VCs, and startup founders shape strategy, align teams, and craft presentations for the most high-stakes rooms: board meetings, investor pitches, strategy offsites.

In these rooms, I've noticed patterns of brilliant leaders doing incredible & important work, but struggling to translate strategies into action and tell stories in a way that lands - great ideas lost in data, strategic plans sat untouched, and the smartest people not always being the most visible.​

I started Inspirele to help organizations do two things: build strategies that actually move, and grow leaders who are confident, visible, and compelling. I bring together the best of what I’ve learned working across the US, UK, and Southeast Asia to help organisations move from insight to influence. Because strategy without story gets ignored, and leadership without visibility gets overlooked - I’m here to change that.
